Week 1 Post - Jordan Hassard
In this week's class, we talked about piloting our purpose. I realized I thoroughly enjoy design and fashion which are a mix of my interests and hobbies. I feel as though I would like to help teens with their body image which relates to design and fashion as many teens feel trouble with their body image because of poor quality clothing. I also got a chance to talk with some of my peers and see their ideas and get to know them. I found myself able to talk to others well and this allowed for a realization that I am good at communicating with others. I can use this to my advantage when it comes to entrepreneurship and in life as well, such as classroom settings, social gatherings, and peer-to-peer conversations. I am excited to see what I uncover about myself throughout this class and what more I have to learn about entrepreneurship and business.
